Returns & Refund Policy

Items ordered from MM Wholesale are eligible for Refund/Return within seven (7) days from when the item was delivered, only if any of the following conditions are met:

Item delivered is defective (you’d have to return the item for a refund).
The wrong item is delivered (you’d have to return the item for a refund).
Missing item in the order.

Minimum return is one complete case, partial returns are not accepted. If one pack /pc is defective, the entire case must be processed for return.

A case may only be accepted if it meets the criteria below:

• Product must have intact seal and remain unopened
• Must be in original packaging
• Label is not tampered
• Lot number and expiry are readable
• Product that is proven to have manufacturing defect (e.g. foul odor, leak, etc.)
• Unused condition

No exchanges are allowed.

Requests may be sent to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Item Description
  • Request (with amount, if applicable)
  • Reason for Request
  • Supporting Documents (e.g., photos or videos showing defect, QR sticker on the item)

The QR sticker on the item is essential for validating return/refund claims. Please ensure it remains attached and clearly visible, as it is used for order traceability and verification.

All return and refund requests are subject for verification and approval.
